1. Service

LingScan provides AI reference-track analysis, production terminology reports, Suno prompts, REST API access, and (via the desktop companion) stem separation and DAW export. Outputs are for learning and production reference only, not professional or legal advice.

2. Billing (important)

Membership unlocks higher quotas, API access, and related features as shown on the pricing page.
BYOK: Except for limited guest trials, registered users must supply their own Google Gemini, Volcengine, or other third-party API keys. AI usage fees are paid by you directly to those providers; LingScan does not resell tokens.
Membership fees do not include third-party AI costs. Read the billing guide before purchase.

3. Payment & activation

Overseas: Pay via Lemon Squeezy (USD). Membership usually activates automatically when logged in.
China: Pay via published QR methods; include your registered email + plan name in the payment note. You receive an activation code within 24 hours and redeem it under Account → Redeem code.
Activation codes are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Lemon Squeezy refunds follow their policies; we may adjust membership accordingly.

4. Your content

You must have the right to use audio you upload or link. No infringing or illegal use.
You are responsible for content you submit.
We process audio only to provide the service and do not publicly redistribute your tracks (anonymous aggregate stats may be used for radar rankings — see Privacy Policy).

5. Changes & availability

We may suspend or change the service for maintenance, third-party API outages, or policy reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted AI availability but will reasonably help troubleshoot.

6. Disclaimer

AI analysis (BPM, key, style, etc.) may be inaccurate. You use outputs at your own risk.
