1. Information we collect

Account: email, display name, password hash, plan and expiry.
Usage: analysis counts, API usage, credits/codes, guest ID for free-trial limits.
Your settings: encrypted third-party API keys (we never ask for cloud console passwords).
Audio & links: temporarily stored only while processing.
Payments: Lemon Squeezy or domestic QR processors handle card/QR data; we store order IDs, email, and plan metadata only.

2. How we use it

Provide and improve LingScan.
Enforce quotas and prevent abuse.
Billing, activation codes, and support.
Anonymous aggregates (e.g. reference-track radar) without personal identification.

3. Retention

Audio and stems are deleted on a rolling schedule (typically within days). Account and billing records are kept as needed for operations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share only when legally required, with payment/hosting providers as needed, or with your consent. API keys are sent only to providers you choose.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use login tokens, language preference, guest IDs, and similar storage to run the site — not for cross-site ad tracking. See the cookie notice on first visit.

6. Your rights

You may change your password, view credit history, or contact us to export/delete your account (subject to legal retention).
